Introduction

KD350 main component of KD350 is a mixture of triple biphenyl isomers: it is obtained by partial hydrogenation of multi-ratio o-, m-, and p-triple biphenyl mixtures (saturation 40%), average molecular weight of 252, slightly yellow transparent oily liquid, low freezing point, low permeability at high temperature.

  • 1, the product has good heat conduction performance (high specific heat capacity);

    2, the product has good low-temperature fluidity, effectively avoiding low-temperature start-up difficulties;

    3, the product is non-corrosive, good compatibility with metal materials;

    4, the product prevents solid particles from coking, to ensure that the heat conduction oil system runs smoother.

  • Suitable for forced circulation of closed heat transfer system, long-term use of the highest temperature is not higher than 350 ℃, in the petrochemical industry, synthetic resins, textile printing and dyeing, high-temperature heat conduction heating equipment systems, chemical fiber polymerization (polyester, polymerization of polyamide, dry spandex spinning), organosilicone monomer synthesis, trichlorohydrosilicon and polycrystalline silicon, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, dyestuffs, intermediates, fine chemical industry, biodiesel, and other industries can be used.

  • Please select the correct organic heat carrier oil in accordance with the manufacturer of the heat transfer system. Before putting new oil into use, please make sure that the heat transfer system has been cleaned up, and avoid the entry of foreign matter during use.
