This website is operated by Maven New Material (Hebei) Co., Ltd. (“Maven”, “we”), a manufacturer of lubricant additives, base oils and heat transfer oils based in Handan, Hebei Province, China. For the purposes of the applicable data protection law, Maven is the controller of the personal data described below.

What we collect

Company name, country, contact name, business email, telephone, product line, the grade or specification you use, quantity, destination port, your message, and your confirmation that you hold the required import licence.
Correspondence
Emails, messages and files exchanged while an enquiry, quotation or order is being handled — our quotations and the shipments that follow are based on these records.
Technical information
Standard server logs recorded by our hosting provider when a page is requested — IP address, browser type and version, requested page and time — used for site security and availability.

How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept while the enquiry or business relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so that follow-up questions can be answered; contracts, shipping and payment records are kept for the longest period required by tax, customs, export-control and commercial rules, then deleted or anonymised; server logs are kept for a short time only.

Confirmation of whether we hold personal data about you, and a copy of it; correction of inaccurate data; deletion of data we no longer need or are not entitled to keep; restriction of, or objection to, certain processing; your data in a portable format; withdrawal of consent you gave earlier. Visitors in the EU/UK may also complain to their national supervisory authority; in China the corresponding rights can be exercised under the Personal Information Protection Law. Requests go through the Contact page or sales@zomoadditive.com; we may first ask you to confirm your identity and will answer within the period allowed by law.
Security
Access control, need-to-know access, encrypted transmission of submitted data and internal limits on who can see it. No transmission over the internet is absolutely secure; if a breach affects your data we will inform you and the competent authority as required.
Children
This is a B2B site for industrial raw materials. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect data about children.
