Maven develops and manufactures lubricant additives in Handan and also supplies base oil. Formulation, production and batch control are connected within one system, from target-oil selection and compatibility checks to three inspection gates, retained samples, traceability and technical documents.
In-house formulation development
Single additives and additive packages are developed in-house. The same technical team connects formulation adjustments with production.
Application-led selection
Selection begins with the target oil, equipment, specification and operating conditions. Maven then recommends a single additive or develops an additive package around that context.
Compatibility and dosage checks
Small-scale compatibility work is completed before volume production. Final dosage and compatibility are confirmed against the customer’s complete formulation and operating conditions.
From pilot work to production
Development and manufacturing remain in one system. This keeps technical adjustments close to production without an unnecessary third-party handoff.
Incoming material control
Raw materials are sampled and checked batch by batch. Only approved materials are released to production.
In-process monitoring
Samples are taken at key process points and operating parameters are recorded. Material outside the relevant requirement does not move forward.
Batch release and traceability
Finished goods are tested and retained by batch. Samples and records link results to raw-material lots, the production run and the corresponding test data.
Documents and technical support
A COA can accompany each batch, while TDS and MSDS are provided by grade. Selection, compatibility, dosage and field-application questions are handled directly by the technical team.
