Energy-saving Heat Transfer Oil(L-QB300)

L-QB300 energy-saving heat transfer oil is a QB-class closed-loop fluid formulated for systems where pumping energy and heat-transfer efficiency are the deciding cost factors. Lower viscosity at operating temperature means less pressure drop through the circuit, so the same heat duty needs less pump power.

The trade-off is managed by keeping the formulation thermally stable in the QB temperature class, so the efficiency gain does not come at the cost of a short fluid life or heavy coke formation on the heater tubes.

Typical use is indirect heating in process plants, dryers, presses and bitumen tanks where the circuit runs continuously and electricity for pumping is a visible cost. Compare the viscosity data in the TDS against your current fluid to estimate the pressure-drop difference; the SDS ships with the order.
