MV2008Z Dropping Point Improver for Lithium-based Grease
Introduction
MV2008Z Lithium based grease drop point improver, appearing as a colorless, transparent/slightly cloudy liquid. Can effectively improve the droplet performance of lithium-based grease produced from 12-hydroxystearic acid; At the same time, there is also a certain improvement in the extreme pressure and anti-wear performance of the lithium-based grease produced by this stearic acid.
Recommended dosage
No recommendation is made; customers can adjust the dosage according to their own situation to achieve the target performance of the product.
Adding method
Add before discharging the grease, control the grease temperature at about 60℃ (can also be added at room temperature) and stir evenly to achieve the effect of increasing the dropping point. (*Note: This product may precipitate and precipitate white crystals after long-term storage, which will not affect the use effect after stirring)
