MV202 Zinc Butyl Octyl Primary Alkyl Dithiophosphate
Introduction
MV 202 is a zinc salt of sulphur phosphoric acid made from sulphur phosphoric acid prepared from butanol and octanol. It can be added to oil to control the oxidation of oil, and has antioxidant, anti-wear and anti-corrosion effects. This product is a general-purpose anti-oxidation, anti-wear and anti-corrosion additive with more comprehensive performance. It is mainly used to modulate various grades of internal combustion engine oil. It can be used to modulate gear oil, hydraulic oil, bearing oil, guide rail oil and metal working oil, but it cannot be used in silver-containing metal parts.
Reference dosage
0.5% ~ 3.0%, depending on performance and formulation requirements.

Packaging Storage & Transportation
- Packed in special metal packaging, net weight 200Kg/drum
- Can not be stored for a long time in the temperature of exceed 40°C or severe cold, it should be stored in a cool, dry, clean and ventilated warehouse, shelf life of two years
- Non-flammable, non-explosive, non-corrosive, without special protection
- In case of accidental contact with skin, wash it off thoroughly with water and detergents
