MV2089 Inorganic Extreme Pressure Agent for Grease
Introduction
MV2089 is an extreme pressure/anti-wear agent with high sulfur and phosphorus content, exhibiting excellent extreme pressure performance and excellent anti-wear performance. Simultaneously, it has a good synergistic effect with MOS2. Adding this agent to lubricating grease (such as lithium/composite lithium based, composite aluminum based, organic bentonite lubricating grease, polyurea based grease, etc.) can greatly improve the sintering load (PD) performance, and also have a certain improvement in the performance of maximum non biting load (PB).
Recommended dosage
1%~3%.
Adding method
Adding slowly at the grease blending stage at a temperature of about 60°C (can also be added at room temperature). To ensure the performance of this agent, it must be fully stirred to ensure uniformity.
