MV265P Modified PMA Pour Point Depressant
Introduction
As a modified polymethacrylate (PMA) pour point depressant, MV265P can effectively depress the pour point and provide excellent shear stability, oil solubility and compatibility with base oils. This universal pour point depressant can be widely used in lubricants requiring a lower pour point such as internal combustion engine oil, gear oil, hydraulic oil and turbine oil.
This new-generation fast-dissolving pour point depressant with ultra-low viscosity and excellent shear stability exhibits outstanding performance in a wide range of applications from solvent-refined base oils to hydrocracked and isodewaxed base oils.
Recommended dosage
0.1%～0.3%.
Adding method:
Add 0.1%~1.0%wt to the specified base oils. Given the different types of base oils, the pour point test is required to determine the exact amount of MV265P functional polymer needed.
